The most recent grave at Har Herzl
This grave belongs to a soldier who died just a couple of weeks before we visited Har Herzl. He was killed stopping a suicide bomber at the French Hill checkpoint. Had the terrorist made it through, who knows what she would have blown up. This young man (younger than me) gave his life in order to stop her.
